• Provides planning/scheduling support to meet multiple mission requirements located in multiple locations.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule, including proposal schedule development, review/support Statement of Work and Basis of Estimate development.
• Advises the Program Management team when and if a contractual impact is expected or when critical events have occurred, including factors which may impact delivery or cost.
• Ensures communication and cross‑coordination with IPTs.
• Has experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and applying it in schedule network development and analysis.
• Develops and refines knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Interacts across a variety of program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management and production.
• Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment.
• Prepares status reports, metrics and makes presentations as required.
• Is a self‑starter with demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands‑on experience.
• Completes additional responsibilities as required.

• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool
• Experience in schedule control processes

• Experience with Critical Path
• Experience in schedule control processes, proposal development, internal & external audits, and project management integration
• Must have experience with Proposal development
• Experience providing risk and opportunity analysis input
• Experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool

• Experience working independently across Technical Teams developing a basic level understanding of the technical product
• Experience with Capture, Research & Development, Production Scheduling Requirements and dependencies between functions
• Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)

This is not a Maintenance Scheduler position.
