Responsibilities
This individual shall manage a subset of the stress organization, spanning multiple lines of business and sites. They will be responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Additionally they will support Production, manufacturing, Engineering Signoff, Report generation, document review, and/or Customer sustainment initiatives by leveraging subject matter expertise within the stress discipline.
BasicQualifications
- Experienced Structural Engineer with a Focus on Static Strength
- Prior Leadership Experience (L-code or non L-code)
- Strong Communication and Documentation Skills
- Soft People Skills
- Ability to Obtain a Clearance
- 8+ Years of Professional Experience
- Familiarity with AMMM Structures Organization
- Production, Manufacturing, Sustainment Experience
- Experience Developing Presentation Materials and Presenting to High Levels of Internal and External Leadership
- Experience with EVMS and Control Accounts
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
LocationThe work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
