Senior Project Engineer (Level
3)

You will be the Senior Project Engineer (Level
3) for the AMMM Development/Production/Sustainment Project Engineering team which is responsible for supporting the C‑130, C‑5, and P‑3 aircraft platforms across a variety of support contracts.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage a portfolio of effort consisting of complex system/technical development from concept through sustainment and modifications.
• Ensure alignment with Engineering and Technology (E&T) strategy, technical feasibility, and manage technical risk.
• Drive planning and execution across all Engineering teams to meet contract cost, schedule, and technical requirements while satisfying customer needs.
• Act as the single voice and point of contract to program management and senior leadership on program execution.
• Develop innovative and scalable standardization processes to maintain agility and flexibility.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Experience in aircraft design, testing, integration, or sustainment environment
• Hands on engineering experience working and resolving technical issues.

• Experience using Service FLO
• EVMS or Cost/Schedule Principles
• Proposal Development / APTS
• Contract Language
• Knowledge of Technical Supplier/Sub-Contractor Management and Integration
• Excellent Communication Skills

Security clearance required. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Clearance Level: Secret.

Work schedule is 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Part‑time remote telework available.
