As the Propulsion Integration Engineer you will be responsible for providing engineering support to keep C‑130 propulsion systems operating reliably in sustainment, flight‑line, and production environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyze flight data to identify root‑cause issues and develop corrective actions (RCCA).
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to resolve production and fleet‑related propulsion problems.
• Develop Basis of Estimates and Statement of Works for engineering proposal efforts.
• Support flight‑line operations and production‑line activities to ensure continuous system availability.
• Document technical findings and communicate recommendations to program leadership.

-This position is located at a facility that requiresspecial access. The selected candidate must possess an active Interim Secret clearance to start.

This position is in Marietta, GA

• Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Demonstrated ability to analyze engine performance and installation effects
• Skilled at analyzing steady‑state and transient engine data for troubleshooting
• Programming experience (Python, Matlab) for the purposes of data analysis, plotting, and tool creation for improving engineering processes

• Experience with Supplier Management to resolve propulsion system issues with production and/or fleet aircraft.
• Flight line support experience:
  Understanding propulsion system faults, troubleshooting, root cause corrective action (RCCA) and working with other affected teams to resolve propulsion hardware‑related issues.
• Experience generating Basis of Estimates (BoEs) & Statement of Works (SoWs) for engineering proposals.
• Experience with aircraft sustainment activities, to include working with internal teams such as quality, materials & processes, System Safety, Airworthiness, and Project Engineering as well as customers/operators to address fleet‑related issues
• Experience with NPSS and CAD

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full‑time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
