Job Title: Civil Engineer/Project Manager
Location: Georgia
Job Summary:As a civil engineer/project manager, you will report to a principal of the firm and participate in a diverse and dynamic portfolio of projects, many of which involve innovative designs for environmentally sensitive areas.
Your Impact:You will work on a wide variety of assignments that may include solid waste management, stormwater systems, environmental compliance and permitting, remediation, and water and wastewater systems.
On a typical day, you will:- Act as project manager to support our Marietta, Georgia, office's engineering projects
- Prepare permits, and engineering design specs
- Write technical reports and specifications
- Perform construction engineering inspection and documentation services
- Conduct environmental field work as needed, such as monitoring, sampling, inspections, and assessments

- B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering or Civil Engineering, with 5+ years of experience
- Professional Engineer’s license, or willingness to obtain
- Project management experience, and construction experience
- Engineering design experience, including site grading, stormwater management, pump and piping systems, and drafting of technical reports and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD software
- Experience with local, state, and federal permitting
Effective oral and written communication skills are essential
