** In this instructor role, your primary focus is teaching and training. You’ll deliver engaging classroom sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and practical labs covering the mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components of our automated systems.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong mechanical or electromechanical background who enjoys sharing knowledge and working hands-on with industrial equipment.

associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering Technology. Or 3+ years of hands-on experience as a field service or maintenance technician working with mechanical or electromechanical systems.
* Technical Background:
Experience in the installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting of mechanical or electromechanical equipment—ideally in industrial or automation environments.
* Industry
Experience:
Experience in automated machinery, conveyors, robotics, or industrial equipment is a plus but not required.
* Controls Knowledge:
Exposure to control systems or industrial software is a plus, though not required.
* Training & Communication:
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly to diverse audiences.
* Instructional
Experience:
Prior experience delivering technical training, coaching, or mentoring is highly desirable.
* Digital
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); experience with e-learning platforms or digital training tools is a bonus.
** 5. Additional Requirements
*** Ability to deliver a demo lesson as part of the selection process.
* Comfort working both independently and collaboratively.
* Must pass a background check to access secured customer sites.
** 6. Travel Expectations*
* · Up to 30% travel annually, mostly within the continental US.
