** Define site LM Aero Facilities and Plant Engineering strategies and leases that support site/production readiness for the Marietta and satellite site population  ~5,600 employees  and programs  Lead all Marietta Facilities Engineering and Plant Engineering, supporting all Aeronautics Satellite Sites  Johnstown PA, Clarksburg WV, Pinellas FL, Greenville SC, Meridian MS   Potential for leading other assigned enterprise positions or tasking  Provide executive support to the Aero Service Team to ensure they achieve site success with printing solutions and cafeteria services  Tactical day to day integration and operations of Facilities and Plant Engineering through the entire engineering life cycle of facilities  This position manages approximately 8 million square feet of facilities in support of Aeronautics' development, production, and sustainment programs   Manages Execution and budget responsibilities include but are not limited to assigned PPE Capital, Overhead, AFP6 Rent Credit obligations and Direct Budgets totaling ~$225M annually   Participate as a voting member of the Aeronautics capital council  Develops and maintains Site Facilities Strategic Plan in support of C 130, C 5, F 35, F 22, P 3 and all Core functions   Directly communicates with Site Lead VP and DCMA Commander on a continuous basis   Manages 200  155 indirect & 45 direct  employees on a 24/7/365 basis   Responsible for regulatory compliance for air emissions and industrial waste at Marietta site   Budget and execution responsibility for Meridian and Clarksburg Facilities and Plant Engineering requirements  Represent LM Aero to external community, stakeholders, customers, outside agencies  local, county, or state officials   Ensure alignment of site operations strategy with Aero and Corporate strategy, provide counsel and direction to the Site GM/AMMM/F35 executive leadership regarding Facilities initiatives, risk mitigation actions and internal programs  Manages local site risk and liability - property, zoning, pollution/waste, as well as unliquidated rent liability with the Air Force  Ensure prioritization of site resources to minimize infrastructure and equipment risks to the population and programs  Ensure facilities requirements are identified and addressed in New Business pursuits  Assess needs for staffing, talent management, team development and mentoring

* Basic Qualifications:

* - Bachelor's degree with 10  years relevant experience

- Extensive experience in managing operations with operating power generation and distribution, industrial waste management, and facility engineering  planning, design, construction, maintenance and operations

- Demonstrated experience in building systems to include: HVAC, boilers, furnaces, production systems and critical production equipment, plumbing and electrical systems

- Project management skills

- Demonstrated relationship management skills and understanding of facility requirements

** Desired

Skills:

*
* - Master's degree in business administration, finance, facility management or other related discipline

- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills

- Experience in plant maintenance, construction management and managing subcontractors

- An additional technical degree

- Experience working in Collective Bargaining Agreements environments

- General business acumen or facilities management business acumen
