Overview
You will be the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects (E3) Engineer Senior for the Aeronautics team, responsible for advancing cutting‑edge aircraft technologies.
ResponsibilitiesAs the E3 Engineer Senior you will lead requirements development, tracking, and verification testing of system‑level projects, conduct platform‑level EMC testing, perform RF and antenna analysis, oversee electromagnetic radiation hazard assessments, and coordinate domestic travel for on‑site test execution.
Qualifications- STEM degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
- System integration testing experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Design experience of system‑level EMC testing.
- Knowledge of MIL‑STD‑461F/G and MIL‑STD‑464C/D.
- Basic understanding of the Systems Engineering process.
- Ability to multitask across concurrent projects.
- Experience with RF systems, RF COSITE analysis, antenna systems, RF/fiber‑optic cabling, and antenna radome performance.
- Experience authoring documents using Microsoft Office products.
- Experience in a flight‑test environment.
Requires a U.S. citizen with an active Interim Secret clearance at the start of employment. Clearance level:
Secret.

Work schedule:
4×10‑hour days, 3 days off per week.
