The WorkAs a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will:
- Serve as the C130J Flight simulation program Concurrency Lead.
- Contribute to the development activities of the C130J Flight Simulator Program.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Supply Chain and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics to determine Aircraft Equipment impacts.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure that the simulator architecture remains aligned to the C-130J Aircraft production line based on incoming customer sales and production line changes.

This position requires the ability to obtain a government security clearance. U.S. Citizen is required for consideration.
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related engineering field.
- 5 or more years of systems engineering experience.
- Experience leading a cross‑functional team.
- Prior C‑130 technical publication knowledge.
- Knowledge of the C‑130 parts process.
- Prior C‑130 training syllabus knowledge.
- Knowledge of the C‑130 DMS parts process.
- Ability to speak across business areas and establish strong relationships.
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Office, DOORs, DOORs Next, Model Based Systems Engineering, and AI tools.
- Familiarity with AI/Agile execution process.
- Experience presenting to various functions and working with Program Management to determine future program impact.

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedule for this position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
Location:
Facility that requires special access. Domestic travel may be required, up to 10% of time, depending on program demand.
