As a key member of our Systems Engineering team, you will:

• Participate in the design of requirements and test procedures.
• Contribute to the development activities of the system engineering team.
• Ensure successful completion of milestones leading to the full verification, validation, and delivery of product capabilities.
• Verify and test visual database systems requirements.

This position requires a candidate who is a U.S. Citizen and holds an Interim Secret security clearance to start. The role is located at a facility that requires special access.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or in Engineering
• 2 or more years of experience in system engineering, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry
• Experience with system design, development, integration, and testing
• Familiarity with airborne systems and components, including avionics, electrical, and mechanical systems

• Familiarity with simulator development and testing, preferably with flight simulators
• Basic knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including 14 CFR Part 60
• Experience with version control systems and agile development methodologies
• Experience in problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with Agile Development and Model Based Systems Engineering Process a plus
• Experience using tools such as Doors, Doors Next, Model Based Systems Engineering and AI tools
• Familiarization with AI / Agile execution process

Part‑time Remote Telework:
The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
