As an A Level Technician at D.W. Campbell, you will play a critical role in providing technical expertise and support to ensure the smooth operation of our products and services. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair tasks while upholding our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct advanced diagnostics and repairs on a range of equipment and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and inspections to ensure optimum functionality.
• Analyze technical issues and develop effective solutions efficiently.
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to enhance product performance and resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided and parts used.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior technicians when needed.

• Proven experience as a technician or in a similar technical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications or technical training is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
