* You will be the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects  E3  Engineer Senior for the Aeronautics team which is responsible for advancing cutting‑edge aircraft technologies

** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Electromagnetic Environmental Effects  E3  Engineer Senior you will be responsible for leading requirements development, tracking, and verification testing of systems, and overseeing electromagnetic compatibility testing of developmental and deployable systems on flight‑test fighter platforms

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Lead requirements development, tracking, and verification testing for system‑level projects

+ Conduct platform‑level Electromagnetic Compatibility  EMC  testing and develop test procedures for flight‑test modifications

+ Perform RF and antenna analysis, including COSITE assessments, antenna radome performance, and RF/fiber‑optic cabling evaluations

+ Oversee electromagnetic radiation hazard  EMRADHAZ  assessments and ensure compliance with aircraft power and wiring standards

+ Coordinate domestic travel for on‑site test execution and stakeholder collaboration

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* STEM degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering or Physics

System integration testing experience

Skills:

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Design concepts of system level EMC testing with experience

Knowledge of MIL STD 461F/G, MIL STD 464C/D

Basic understanding of the Systems Engineering process

Ability to multi task and work with multiple teams on different concurrent projects

Experience with Radio Frequency  RF  systems, RF COSITE analysis, antenna systems and RF measurement techniques, RF/Fiber optic cabling, and/or antenna radome performance

Experience authoring documents using Microsoft Office products

Experience in a flight test environment
