Description:
You will be the Engineering Aide Senior for the Low Observable (LO) Materials team which is responsible for supporting multiple LM programs including F-22, F-35, C-130, and ADP. What You Will Be Doing As the Engineering Aide Senior you will be responsible for providing hands-on laboratory support to materials engineers, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering accurate technical data. Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating and maintaining standard laboratory equipment and work spaces.
- Following lab safety protocols, including use of respirators and personal protective equipment.
- Handling hazardous materials in the manufacturing of developmental products for engineering evaluation.
- Performing detailed mathematical calculations and maintain precise documentation of records and logs.
- Collaborating with internal and external customers to meet shifting deliverable timelines. Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma 1+ years of related work experience Desired
Skills:
Experience with LO materials
Experience with lab testing - manufacturing coupons, following protocols, measuring results, etc. Experience spraying paints/primers Excellent communication skills Experience working with a team Experience recording and reporting data to team or customers Security Clearance Statement:

The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
