You will be the RF Engineer – Level 3 for the AMMM Communications, Navigation, and Sensors Team which is responsible for delivering cutting-edge RF solutions that power our aircraft's communications, navigation, and sensor capabilities. As the RF Engineer – Level 3 you will be responsible for driving the design, analysis, and integration of RF systems that enable high-performance mission outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust, field-ready solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Perform RF engineering analyses, including antenna performance, link budgets, and interference mitigation.
• Support the design, test, and integration of radios, antennas, and related hardware.
• Collaborate with system and software teams to translate requirements into RF-specific solutions.
• Generate technical documentation and reports for design reviews and certification.
• Participate in troubleshooting and sustainment activities for fielded aircraft.
• Guide junior teammates in RF analyses, designs, and implementations
