Job Description *
* ** What You Will Be Doing*
* As the Operations Engineer Senior you will be responsible for applying Lean Six Sigma techniques, analyzing operational workflows, driving cost‑reduction studies, leading Kaizen events and training, and supporting facility and equipment planning.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Apply Lean Six Sigma (LSS) tools to improve production performance and operational efficiency.

+ Analyze sequences of operations, workflow, and equipment layouts to optimize plant utilization and reduce cycle times.

+ Conduct cost‑control and process‑optimization studies, and implement modification plans based on findings.

+ Lead multi‑day Kaizen events, provide continuous‑improvement training, and facilitate A3 problem‑solving teams.

+ Support facility and equipment design, modification, and mistake‑proofing initiatives in partnership with facilities engineers.

+ The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.

+ This position is in Marietta, GA.

Performs activities involving the producibility and quality of the product, and the processes that directly pertain, encompassing primarily one or more of the following engineering disciplines: failure analysis, industrial, manufacturing, manufacturing equipment, process, product, quality assurance, reliability, supplier quality, Lean Six Sigma, test, and tool.

** Basic Qualifications*
* + Bachelors degree in engineering from an accredited college

+

Experience with Data analysis software (MS excel, Minitab, Tableau, Matlab, etc...)

+ Accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

** Desired Skills*
* + LSS Black Belt certification

+ Project Manager certification

+ 5+ years of

Experience with Data analysis software (MS excel, Minitab, Tableau, Matlab, etc...)

+ Masters Degree

+ Experience facilitating Kaizen even

** Pay Information*
* Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
