Job Summary:

The Chick-fil-A Cow Mascot plays a crucial role in promoting the brand and engaging with customers through entertaining and interactive appearances. The mascot's primary responsibility is to embody the Chick-fil-A Cow persona, promoting the "Eat Mor Chikin" campaign with enthusiasm, energy, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

- Greet and interact with guests of all ages in a friendly and cheerful manner.

- Pose for photos with guests and participate in special events, both in-store and at community events.

- Hand out promotional materials and engage customers with fun activities.

Brand Representation:

- Maintain the character and personality of the Chick-fil-A Cow mascot, ensuring consistent and positive brand representation.

- Promote Chick-fil-A's menu items and special promotions while in character.

Performance:

- Perform animated and lively movements to entertain and attract guests.

- Participate in choreographed routines or skits as required.

- Ensure the costume is worn correctly and remains in good condition.

Event Participation:

- Attend scheduled appearances at the restaurant, local schools, community events, and other promotional activities.

- Assist with the setup and breakdown of promotional events and activities.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to wear the mascot costume for extended periods (typically 30-45 minutes at a time).

- Must be able to perform animated movements and gestures.

- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Personal Attributes:

- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor.

Experience:

- Previous experience as a mascot or in a similar role preferred but not required.

- Experience in customer service or performing arts is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

- Reliable transportation to attend off-site events.

- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
