Compliance Ad Review Analyst

IPW is hiring an entry level Advertising Review Analyst & Coordinator for a hybrid position. You’ll review and approve advertising and marketing materials, ensuring everything meets regulatory requirements and firm standards. This role is ideal for someone who is detail‑oriented, communicative, and coachable—eager to learn, apply feedback, and grow within a collaborative compliance team.

• Review and approve advisor and marketing communications
• Ensure materials comply with state and federal regulations and firm policies
• Track, manage, and audit marketing collateral and approvals
• Maintain internal tracking systems and prepare compliance reports
• Partner with advisors to support effective, compliant marketing

• Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
• Working knowledge of compliance regulations and advisory practices
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and critical reading ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
