Key Responsibilities
The professional will be responsible for leading and executing the accounting and financial routines of the Atlanta operation, including:
- Monthly accounting closing process for the business unit;
- Ensuring the quality and reliability of financial information;
- Managing and monitoring accounts payable and accounts receivable activities;
- Performing accounting and financial reconciliations;
- Supporting internal and external audit processes;
- Supporting the implementation of controls and process improvement initiatives;
- Supporting the financial management of the operation;
- Monitoring cash flow and financial controls;
- Supporting demands related to the transition/sale process of the operation;
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to the company's internal policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile
The company is seeking a professional with strong technical expertise, but above all, practical execution capability and adaptability in complex scenarios.
The ideal candidate should present:
- Strong experience in accounting and finance;
- Solid background in accounting closing and financial controls;
- Experience in industrial/manufacturing environments will be considered a plus;
- Hands-on profile with high execution capability;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Maturity to operate in transformation environments;
- Strong organizational skills and sense of priority;
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking;
- Experience with audits and internal controls;
- Resilient and emotionally structured profile.
