* ** What You Will Be Doing*
* This position will be responsible for the day to day execution of ADP Program Finance activities  This position supports a multitude of program finance functions; including the ability to act independently in establishing / managing Performance Measurement Baselines, analysis and reconciliation of actual costs, development of Estimate at Complete  EAC , conducting Earned Value analysis and determination of appropriate Earned Value techniques, and associated variance analysis using various Enterprise toolsets

The candidate will also perform multiple financial cost analyses including cost allocation, controlling costs, and preparation of reports and contractual deliverables, assisting with the development and documentation of corrective action plans, and preparing analysis for presentation to various levels of leadership

* You are a highly analytical and detail oriented finance professional with experience supporting program finance, cost management, or Earned Value Management activities within a complex business environment  You thrive in a fast paced setting where you can balance multiple priorities while delivering accurate financial analysis and actionable insights to support program execution and strategic decision making

You have experience developing and managing Performance Measurement Baselines  PMBs , supporting Estimate at Complete  EAC  processes, analyzing actual costs, and performing variance analysis using enterprise financial systems and toolsets  You are comfortable interpreting financial data, identifying trends and risks, and helping drive corrective actions to support program performance objectives

You are a collaborative team player who works effectively across Program Management, Control Account Management, Contracts, and Finance teams  Strong communication and presentation experience allow you to confidently share financial results, recommendations, and program impacts with multiple levels of leadership  You are also recognized for your problem solving mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to continuous improvement and financial excellence

  Must be a US Citizen  This employee is required to obtain a DoD Secret clearance

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* -Experience in managing and analyzing cost and financial performance

- Experience with enterprise level cost management tools  Example Cobra

- Experience with FAR/DFAR and US Government financial reporting requirements  i e  IPMR/CPR, CFSR, CCDR etc

- Experience with Earned Value Management  EVM  guidelines and processes and their implementation on programs

** Desired

Skills:

* Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business

Familiarity with Systems, Applications, Products Software  SAP  

Familiarity with Hyperion/Accounting Data Analysis and Reporting  ADAR  

Familiarity with cost/reporting systems similar to Cobra and Empower

Experience in developing program baselines and Estimates at Completion

Experience in IRAD/internal funds reporting

Experience in international finance reporting

Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management  EVM  principals and guidelines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and mentor

Active DoD Secret clearance
