Description
Assist the Mortgage Loan Officer in communication with borrowers, and gathering of third‑party documentation. The Loan Officer Assistant (LOA) will contact borrowers through phone, text, and e‑mail, serving as the front‑line point of contact. The majority of work on a file occurs during the first three status stages. The LOA remains tagged in the file and is cc‑d on all e‑mails until the file funds.
Additional assistance may be required further down the process if asked. The role involves gathering all borrower documentation (paystubs, tax returns, mortgage statements, etc.).

- Mortgage experience preferred
