· Be a Strategic Finance partner for Regional President and Regional Leadership team.
· Plan and execute value added short, medium and long term financial forecasting for the region working the global/regional finance and controllership function.
· Driving regional budget, financial forecasts, to align region objective with global business plan
· Assess the financial viability of key commercial, operational and capital projects, at various stages of development, to help prioritize the projects for resource allocation
· Support the Sales Directors, their commercial team and central supply chain planning in optimizing plant loading and in make-or-buy decisions.
· Advise regional management on financial performance, cost improvement opportunities, cash-flow and Dashboard/KPI reviews
· Analyzing financial results to identify trends, variances, and operational efficiencies working with Site Controllers and Central FP&A as needed.
· Own the effective management of the Contract to cash cycle compliance for the P&L.### Job Function Support the President in decision-making processes related to a wide range of initiatives proposed by the business stakeholders, from commercial agreements to operational or capital expenses, strategic investments, capacity optimization, and Sales/ supply agreements.
To be the "business partner" to the Regional President & the regional leadership team to provide with the information and analysis needed to make the best possible business decisions. Ground ideas and strategies in measurable KPIs and promote a financial mindset around how decisions are made and how performance is assessed.
Provide all necessary support in the management and optimization of receivables, including the credit assessment process, pricing and payment terms, discounts, collections, and management of overdue accounts receivable, and so forth.### Skills Required- MBA and / or Chartered Accountant
- In depth experience with manufacturing organization
- Prior experience in leading FP&A teams and/or commercial finance partner roles ,
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills, result oriented
- Highly communicative, dynamic, and flexible.
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel###
Minimum Qualifications Required
* 12-15+ years experience in senior finance roles, preferably at a Regional level
* Bachelor in Accounting with MBA or Chartered Accountant Apply Now
