Job Title
Duties Unit resource advisor (RA) and member of the Financial Working Group (FWG) for budget formulation. Manage and certify the unit man day and travel vouchers programs. Manages the Government Purchase Card (GPC) and the Government Travel Card (GTC) Programs. Review, analyze and interpret compiled real time data for accuracy to assist with preparation of the Status of Resources and Training Systems (SORTS) report.
Maintain interface with multiple major software information management systems that aeromedical evacuation uses. Function as the subject matter specialist for stage management, crew management and Aeromedical Evacuation Operations Team (AEOT) Requirements Conditions of employment
- Incentive for prior non-federal work experience or active duty uniformed service for determining leave accrual rate is being offered.
- A relocation and recruitment incentive is authorized for this position, which may require completion of a service agreement.

- Preferred Military AFSC and Grade: 4A071 / E-7
- Position may or will require incumbent to Fly in military and/or commercial aircraft in the performance of temporary duty (TDY) assignments
- Required to meet and maintain Air Force Reserve requirements. Incumbent's regular assignments are primarily ART duties: however, the incumbent may be assigned some non-ART duties, generally not to exceed 30 percent of total responsibilities
- Position may require a background security investigation to determine suitability for employment and/or a security clearance
- Males must be registered for Selective Service, see Legal and Regulatory Guide
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance
- Incentive for Student Loan Repayment Program may be offered.
- May be required to work overtime and extended tours of duty to meet special workload demands.
- Use of personal protective equipment is used as needed or required.
Qualifications In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards Group Standard for Administrative & Management Positions. SPECIALIZED
EXPERIENCE:
Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 level (or other equivalent pay systems) in federal service which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSA's) to perform successfully the duties of the position being filled. Specialized experience is experience which may have been gained while providing hands-on experience administering medical training and health programs, including wartime operational medicine and the implementation of aeromedical evacuation readiness policies and requirements.

EDUCATION:
Two full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or master's or equivalent graduate degree in education or a subject area related to the position to be filled.

Education and Experience : A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100 percent. Finally, add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100 percent to qualify an applicant for that grade level.

Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
- Knowledge of medical operations and management principles, policies and procedures and a comprehensive knowledge of medical plans, programs and requirements.
- Knowledge of medical service mission, organization, programs and functions to include carrying out medical training and administrative programs to ensure medical mission can be effectively accomplished.
- Knowledge of a wide range of technical/professional medical administrative concepts, theories, procedures and techniques, as well as specialized knowledge of wartime medical operations and missions.
- Skill and ability to prepare project and staff reports and to deliver briefings to high level officials both civilian and military.
- Ability to plan and organize work and communicate both orally and in writing.
