Overview
$10K Sign-On Bonus + $80K–$100K Salary — Outpatient Physical Therapist with Weekly Bonus Opportunity.
Eligibility for a production bonus, awarded weekly, with clinicians earning an additional $150 when they average 11 points per day (55 visits per week) or more.

In this outpatient role, you’ll provide high-quality patient care in a supportive clinic setting, with weekly bonus opportunities, flexible scheduling, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

- Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
- Educating patients and family members about the recovery process associated with physical therapy
- Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns
- Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in Georgia
CPR and first aid certification required

Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
