We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Health Educator who is passionate about wellness and skilled in communication, storytelling, and community engagement. The ideal candidate brings the ability to connect with diverse audiences and effectively advance our health initiatives, fostering meaningful impact throughout the community.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Health, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.
• Comfortable presenting to groups of various sizes.
• Strong experience managing social media platforms, including content creation and audience engagement.
• Skilled in creating engaging short‑form video content for digital platforms from start to finish, including planning, filming, and editing. (We aren’t looking for Hollywood quality. Smartphone storytelling is perfect.)
• Willingness to work weekends and travel as needed to reach our community where they are.

• Bilingual:
  Fluency in Spanish is considered a significant asset.

Current State employees are subject to State Personnel Board rules regarding salary.
