Overview
The CRS is responsible for the ongoing assessment of patients for admission to the facility and coordination of their transfer. Responsible for marketing calls to appropriate referral sources, under the direction of the Rehab Director. Communicates with all rehabilitation team members, including the Medical Director, to ensure candidates are approved and goals are set for achievement of independent lifestyle.

Education — Associates degree Required
Work Experience — 2 years in a clinical setting Required;
Experience working in a rehab setting Preferred
Licenses and Certifications — Licensed Professional in clinical health care specialty area Upon Hire Required;
Current State of Georgia Licensure in clinical practice area or Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) Upon Hire Required; BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
