Patient Service Representative- East Cobb

Tenet Healthcare -  -  - Responsibilities:
Greet patients and staff and perform check-in/check-out, registration, and kiosk greeter duties across locations.;
Verify insurance coverage and apply appropriate information during scheduling and registration; collect copays and deductibles.;
Answer phones with a warm MEC greeting and manage scheduling, recalls, and billing tasks using Next Gen and related systems.;
Travel to multiple locations as needed to support staffing and coordinate with clinical staff while maintaining patient confidentiality.;
Balance daily transactions, generate closing reports, and ensure end-of-day reconciliation and accuracy of charges.
