Patient Service Representative- Paulding

Tenet Healthcare -  -  - Responsibilities:
Greet patients and staff in a pleasant, respectful manner and assist with kiosk-based check-in.;
Register patients accurately, verify insurance coverage, and collect co-pays and deductibles as required.;
Use Next Gen and related systems (insurance matrix, MEC Adjustable Fee Schedule, Recall/Brevium) to process registrations, authorizations, and ensure charges are posted correctly.;
Answer high-volume phone calls (up to 500 per day), route to appropriate staff, and manage scheduling/recalls.;
Balance end-of-day transactions and generate receipts, ensuring batches balance 100% and patient records remain confidential.
