Wellstar Health System - - Responsibilities:
Prepare, compound, dispense medications and perform other technical duties in the pharmacy under direct supervision.;
Fill, label, and initial medication bags for pharmacist verification (Single Dispense) and bulk dispense as per procedures.;
Load automated dispensing cabinet medications, monitor par levels, and restock as needed.;
Perform aseptic technique for IV admixtures, including small and large volume solutions, neonatal syringes, and chemotherapy when applicable.;
Repackaging and bar-coding medications, labeling repackaged items per Georgia Board of Pharmacy Rules.
