Wellstar Health System - - Responsibilities:
Prepare, compound, dispense medications and perform other technical duties under direct supervision of a pharmacist.;
Manage Automatic Dispensing Cabinet (ADC) operations: load meds, monitor par levels, restock, generate reports.;
Perform IV admixture and aseptic technique in accordance with USP standards and Joint Commission policies.;
Repackage and barcode medications; provide customer service to healthcare professionals and patients.;
Train and mentor pharmacy technicians and assist with inventory, recalls, and inspections.
