• Leading and managing the clinic, including overseeing the clinic staff.
• Conduct tours for prospective client families to show our facilities.
• Oversee the implementation of all scheduling and proper ABA therapy.
• Provide training for the client families.
• Maintain proper decorum and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Oversee a caseload of clients.

• Master's degree in psychology, special education or related fields.
• Currently certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• 2 years of clinical BCBA experience.
