Sharp Home Care is adding dependable Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants to our team. We provide one on one, non medical assistance to seniors and adults living at home in Marietta, Roswell, Austell, Powder Springs, Woodstock, and nearby Cobb County communities
.

We are currently prioritizing applicants who have reliable weekend availability
. Depending on client demand, additional shifts may be available during weekday mornings, overnight hours, PRN coverage, and other open time slots.

Hourly Pay

$16.70 to $18.50 per hour

Actual pay depends on the client case and scheduled shift.

Available Assignments

We are seeking caregivers who can provide dependable weekend coverage for current client cases. Additional hours may be offered based on your availability and the needs of clients receiving services.

Caregivers interested in building a more consistent schedule are encouraged to apply. As new clients begin services, opportunities for additional and full time hours may become available.

Duties
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other personal care needs as appropriate
  • Support daily activities and routines
  • Provide friendly companionship and conversation
  • Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
  • Help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
  • Follow the client's individualized service plan
  • Complete required caregiver documentation
  • Report client concerns and communicate professionally with families and the office team
What We Are Looking For
  • Caregiving experience preferred, including Personal Care Assistant, Home Care Aide, Direct Support Professional, Companion Caregiver, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or related healthcare experience
  • Dependable transportation and current automobile insurance
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Dependable, respectful, compassionate, and client focused
