Occupational Therapist; OT Outpatient Rehab; PRN

Seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services across multiple key locations in Northwest Metro Atlanta.

Responsibilities include

• Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients' hand and upper-extremity function
• Revising care plans with patient and family input
• Educating patients and providing discharge instructions and follow-up care
• Collaborating with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs
• Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans according to departmental standards
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining patient confidentiality
• Participating in staff meetings, ongoing education, and team activities

Qualifications include a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
, valid OT license
, and BLS certification
