Job Overview

Front Desk Agent $15.75/hr front Desk Agent is a first point of contact for guests, providing warm, professional service throughout their stay. Responsibilities include check-in/check-out, handling reservations, and addressing guest inquiries or concerns. Attention to detail and a friendly demeanor help create a welcoming experience.

• Face the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and assistance throughout their stay.
• Check guests in and out, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions.
• Report to the Front Office Manager or Front Office Supervisor.
• Career path can lead to front office supervisor, front office manager, or hotel management positions.

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have a combination of education and experience.

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
