Remington Hospitality - - Responsibilities:
Greet and communicate cordially with guests; promptly and professionally check them in and out of the hotel;
Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservations when necessary;
Accurately manage cash handling and post charges; know how and where to post all charges;
Have working knowledge of Front Office system and daily transactions;
Review reservations with special requests and block rooms accordingly;
Know hotel rates, discounts, and handling of reservations and cancellations;
Take reservations quickly and follow cancellation procedures and relocation procedures when necessary;
Work as part of a team to provide great experiences for guests
