Talent Acquisition Manager

A well-established, growth-oriented company headquartered in Marietta, GA is looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their internal recruiting function. This is a true player-coach role — you'll manage a team of excellent recruiters while staying actively involved in full-cycle recruiting yourself. If you're a recruiter at heart who also loves building systems, developing people, and driving strategy, this one's worth a conversation.

You'll lead a recruiting team while rolling up your sleeves to source, screen, and close top talent across the organization. You'll oversee budget management, vendor relationships, and specialized programs including campus and military recruiting. You'll also build out the dashboards and reporting that give leadership real visibility into hiring performance — and use that data to continuously sharpen the strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
• 5+ years as an individual contributor in recruiting or talent acquisition
• 3+ years managing a recruiting team
• Strong Paycom proficiency and a metrics-driven mindset
• Experience with campus and/or military talent programs is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
• A genuine drive to find great people — not just fill requisitions
• Enjoy working in office 5 days/ week in Marietta

This is a fully IN OFFICE role based out of Marietta, GA with occasional travel for recruiting events and conferences. Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
