Our client is seeking a Senior HR Process & Systems Analyst to join their HR Operations and Analytics function. This individual will play a key role in optimizing HR technology, strengthening data integrity, and enhancing overall process efficiency. The role blends hands-on system administration with strategic process improvement, requiring strong technical expertise and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning HRIS configuration, reporting, integrations, and end-user support while contributing to broader system strategy initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with HR leadership to drive system enhancements, workflow optimization, and long-term HR technology strategy.
- Lead configuration, testing, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance across HRIS and integrated platforms (e.g., timekeeping, learning systems, and other third-party tools).
- Serve as a subject matter expert for HR systems, providing guidance, troubleshooting support, and process documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and data imports to support HR operations and business decision-making.
- Establish and monitor data governance standards to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance within HR systems.
- Partner cross-functionally to identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support implementation of system-related initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of progressive HRIS or HR systems experience, including configuration and system administration.
- Experience with UKG and Power BI.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR technology, including business processes, security roles, integrations, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced); experience with HR reporting tools required.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to complex projects in a collaborative environment.
