Disinfectant Solutions of Atlanta, a leader in sanitation and disinfectant services, is excited to announce the opening for a Human Resources Generalist. We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for those who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to playing a fundamental role in shaping our company culture.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Atlanta. The role is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient personnel management and compliance within the company.

The HR Generalist will work closely with senior HR management and other department heads to assist with HR duties and promote company values throughout the organization. As a fundamental part of our team, the selected candidate will be involved in managing HR activities, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring our HR practices comply with regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in supporting our mission to provide top-notch employment practices.

Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring competitive posture in the labor market.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, including posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and act as a point of contact for employment relations and communicate with public services when necessary.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
