Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fractional Senior Recruiter to support our organization on a flexible, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to source high-value candidates, manage applicant tracking systems (ATS), and contribute to strategic talent acquisition efforts. Responsibilities

• Source and identify high-value candidates through various channels, including networking, job boards, and industry connections.
• Handle and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure efficient management of candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates aligned with organizational requirements.
• Assist in coordinating interviews and providing timely updates to stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities within ATS platforms.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing and recruitment.

Skills

• Proven experience in sourcing high-value candidates across diverse industries or roles.
• Strong proficiency in managing ATS platforms and applicant tracking processes.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for engaging with candidates and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on quality candidate engagement and retention.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools, social media platforms, and recruitment technologies.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Compensation & Work Arrangement

• Pay: $79.00 - $110.00 per hour
