Sr Payroll Manager

Our client, a PE - backed manufacturing company, is confidentially seeking an experienced Sr Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across multiple states. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative team, drive process improvements, and ensure payroll accuracy in a high-volume environment.

• Manage and process 6 payrolls in a multi-state environment for both salaried and hourly employees.
• Oversee ADP Workforce Now & ADP eTime payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Handle 401(k) and HSA contributions and ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Lead 5500 filings and 401(k) audits, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to optimize payroll operations.

• 6+ years of payroll experience, preferably in manufacturing or high-volume hourly environments
• Strong multi-state payroll processing experience
• Expertise in ADP Workforce Now & ADP Time required
• Experience with 401(k) and HSA contributions management
• Knowledge of 5500 filings & 401(k) audits
• Proven track record of process improvement and payroll optimization
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team player mindset
