Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst, Tax Transformation to support the modernization of their tax function through analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions. This is a highly collaborative role suited to someone who blends strong tax process knowledge with deep analytical skills and a passion for digital change.

• Analyse tax processes and identify opportunities to standardise, streamline, and automate workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process maps, and future-state designs.
• Partner with BI & AI teams to implement analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools that improve tax insights and decision-making.
• Support project management activities, including timelines, documentation, stakeholder communication, and risk tracking.
• Assist with change management, user training, and adoption tracking across tax teams.

• 5+ years’ experience in tax, tax technology, or tax transformation.
• Strong data analytics skills (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Exposure to AI-enabled or automation tools within tax or finance.
• Solid understanding of core tax processes (corporate, partnership, indirect, or international).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across tax, IT, and business stakeholders.
