Expert Technical Solutions has an outstanding opportunity for an IT Administrator with a fast-growing POS reseller in Marietta, GA.

This is a Direct Hire opportunity offering competitive salary, excellent benefits, and growth

You will serve as the sole internal systems administrator responsible for the administration, reliability, and continuous improvement of all internal business systems. This role owns Salesforce and Microsoft 365 administration end to end and supports a growing organization currently at approximately 20 employees, with anticipated growth to 40 employees over the next three to five years.

This position ensures internal systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with leadership priorities while enabling productivity, communication, and knowledge sharing across the company.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Administrator with hands‑on expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Design, configure, and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, automation, reports, and partner closely with leadership to deploy workflows that support sales, service, and operational goals.
  • Manage users, permissions, security, data quality, and reporting accuracy.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and establish company‑wide communication and collaboration standards using Teams and Outlook.
  • Design and maintain a centralized knowledge base using SharePoint.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that enhance productivity and scalability.
  • Provision and support employee computers and related hardware.
  • Prepare systems for new hires and role changes.
  • Maintain hardware inventory and lifecycle documentation.
  • Troubleshoot operating system and peripheral issues.
  • Administer the company PBX telephone system, manage extensions, call routing, voicemail, and configurations.
  • Troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues.
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and support procedures.
  • Establish best practices for system usage and access control.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and system optimization.
  • Support scalable processes aligned with company growth.
Skills
  • Strong hands‑on experience administering and customizing Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud).
  • Experience designing and deploying Salesforce workflows and automation.
  • Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 in a business or enterprise environment.
  • Ability to operate independently as the sole systems administrator.
  • Experience supporting employee computers, operating systems, and hardware.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • General understanding of networking, security, and system administration best practices.
