SAP FICO Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect to lead design, architecture, and implementation efforts for enterprise-level SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP FICO, strong architectural experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires onsite presence in Atlanta 3 days per week.

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO architecture design and solution strategy.
• Drive blueprinting, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment activities.
• Design scalable financial solutions aligned with business requirements.

• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Internal Orders
• Product Costing
• COPA (Controlling & Profitability Analysis)
• Oversee integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams for system enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and internal controls.
• Conduct solution reviews, architecture discussions, and code/configuration validations.
• Support UAT, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide architectural governance.

• 10+ years of SAP FICO experience.
• 3+ years in an SAP Architect or Lead role.
• Strong experience in S/4
  
  HANA Finance (preferred).
• Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations.
• Deep understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work hybrid (3 days onsite in Atlanta).

• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA migration or transformation programs.
• Experience with Fiori applications.
• Integration experience with third-party financial systems.
• SAP certification in FICO or S/4
  
  HANA Finance (preferred).
