Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Summer Intern to support the ATS Indy Soft team with data entry, data corrections, and system-related tasks. This role provides hands‑on experience within a critical enterprise system and is ideal for someone interested in IT systems, operations, or data management.
The intern will be expected to quickly ramp up on the Indy Soft application, learn core workflows, and assist with administrative and operational support activities that ensure system data accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities- Perform data entry, updates, and corrections within the Indy Soft system
- Review and validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Assist with data cleanup initiatives across customers, assets, and calibration records
- Learn and support core Indy Soft workflows (calibration, customer service, vendor services, reporting, etc.)
- Execute basic system administrative tasks under guidance from the ATS Indy Soft team
- Assist in identifying data discrepancies and recommending corrections
- Follow established processes and documentation standards
- Collaborate with the IT Director, Senior Project Manager, developers, and support staff on assigned tasks
- Hands‑on experience with an enterprise lab management system (Indy Soft)
- Exposure to IT project delivery and system migrations
- Understanding of workflow design, data integrity, and operational processes
