Job Purpose:

To provide overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects inside many retailers.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Planning and implementation of projects
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Assemble and coordinate project staff
• Comprehension of project budget
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track project deliverables using web based tools
• Provide direction and support to project team
• Constantly monitor and report on progress of all projects and associates
• Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve completion
• Must be willing to travel weekly outside the state
