The Cyber Pursuits team is seeking an Engineering Project Management lead on an ADP Program. The scope includes Control Account Manager and Proposal Lead for the Cyber portfolio.
Responsibilities- Control Account Manager
- Proposal Lead
- Leading the execution and monthly Business Rhythm
- Directly contributing to the Cost, Schedule and Technical health of ADP
- Help shape and implement Value Stream Team (VST) process on Proposals
- Collaborate with an Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) Manager, including VAR work cells and Estimate to Complete monthly reviews
- Engage with Tech Leads, Line of Business and L-Codes to understand their needs and use cases
- Help shape the strategy and vision for the Emerging Technologies Directorate
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and a Final Secret security clearance updated within the last 6 years to start.
Basic Qualifications- Experience with Earned Value management processes
- Experience with systems engineering lifecycle
- Experience with Basis of Estimates
- Ability to work proactive with tight deadlines
- Bachelor Degree in a STEM or Business-related discipline or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Risk Management Framework (RMF) contractual requirements in support of new proposals
- Familiar with Cyber contractual requirements in support of new proposals
- Familiar with MBSE contractual requirements in support of new proposals
- Basic understanding of Post Authority to Operate (ATO) responsibilities (Patch/STIG management and POA&M Compliance)
- Experience with Lockheed Martin Proposal/BOE process
- Cost Account Management (CAM) Certification/Experience
- Strong knowledge of Program and Company Command Media
- Experience leading a cross functional team
- Experience managing multiple integrated projects and/or people
- Experience tracking/managing contractual deliveries to closure
- Ability to effectively communicate at any level of management
Security Clearance Statement:
This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
Work Location:
Onsite Full-time. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Schedule:
4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
