• Drive performance across a portfolio of gaming brands by diagnosing performance issues and leading growth and efficiency initiatives
• Transform data into strategy by identifying trends, opportunities, and recommendations that shape business operations and competition
• Own performance reporting by designing and maintaining KPI dashboards in Tableau, Looker, or equivalent tools
• Build best-practice analytical frameworks, standardize processes, and promote knowledge sharing within the commercial team
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align brand strategies with company-wide goals
• Present analytical findings to senior leadership and translate complex data into clear narratives for informed decisions
• Evaluate emerging analytical methodologies and technologies to advance commercial intelligence

• Proven experience in a commercial or business analyst role, with a track record of shaping strategy through data
• Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL and at least one major data visualization platform:
  Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
• Ability to build and embed knowledge-sharing or best-practice frameworks within a team
• Solid understanding of the gaming industry, including consumer behavior, market dynamics, and Free-to-Play or social casino metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive summaries and presentations to senior leadership
• Proactive, solutions-first mindset suited to a fast-moving, performance-oriented environment
• Nice to have:
  Python or similar programming languages, data warehousing, ETL processes, predictive analytics, advanced analytical frameworks, emerging technologies applied to commercial problems
