Pro Petro Services, Inc. is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide basic desktop support, troubleshoot software and hardware, manage the Help Desk, and set up VC systems in meeting rooms, while assisting with IT projects.
Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in IT desktop support, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. A Bachelor’s or Associate degree is preferred; this is a full-time onsite role in Georgia with adherence to HSE policies.
