Position OverviewMCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Specialist to educate and guide customers in selecting the best insurance policies for their needs. Responsibilities- Provide information on healthcare options and insurance policies.
- Assist customers in choosing suitable insurance policies.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Respond to inquiries about coverage, benefits, and claims.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Stay updated on insurance regulations and market trends.
- Promote insurance products to meet sales targets.
- Resolve customer concerns regarding policies.
- Collaborate with team members for cohesive service.
- Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and skills.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Healthcare Insurance License.
- Call center experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule, analytical skills, ability to multitask.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
- Two 21" monitors.
- Own headset (models to be recommended).
