We are seeking a Licensed Life and Health Insurance Specialist to educate and guide customers in selecting the best insurance policies for their needs. • Provide information on healthcare options and insurance policies.
• Assist customers in choosing suitable insurance policies.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Respond to inquiries about coverage, benefits, and claims.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Stay updated on insurance regulations and market trends.
• Promote insurance products to meet sales targets.
• Resolve customer concerns regarding policies.
• Collaborate with team members for cohesive service.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain licensure and skills.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Healthcare Insurance License.
• Call center experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule, analytical skills, ability to multitask.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Wired Ethernet connection with at least 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.
• Two 21" monitors.
• Own headset (models to be recommended).
