Description
You will be the Operations Technician/Training Coordinator - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for coordinating training, interpreting engine data, and leading maintenance crews.
What You Will Be DoingAs the Operations Technician/Training Coordinator - Level 3 you will be responsible for ensuring flight‑line personnel are trained, qualified, and equipped to perform their duties while maintaining accurate engine‑run analysis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate and schedule all training and medical appointments for flight‑line personnel.
- Interpret engine run and flight debriefs, identify fault anomalies, and enter data into the troubleshooting database.
- Lead a maintenance crew of 10+ represented employees, providing direction, training, and performance oversight.
- Research, retrieve, and distribute blueprints and technical documents to flight‑line technicians.
- Serve as flight‑line supervisor and COMSEC gear custodian, supporting customers and covering weekend shifts as required.

RequirementsMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications- Computer skills and MS Office Suite functionality.
- Flight line production experience.
- Avionics, electrical, and/or mechanical experience.
- Experience with detailed specification/blueprint reading.
- C‑130 troubleshooting and rigging knowledge.
- Highly motivated and willing to drive change.
- Requires minimal oversight.
- Strong computer and organizational skills.
- C‑130J Full Systems qualified.
- Familiar with DIMS/EBOM/EDW/EMAP/SFM/QADS and other LM applications.
- Prior field service experience.
This position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret
Location & ScheduleMarietta, GA.
Work Schedules: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to Paid Time off benefits.
Onsite Full-time:
The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
