Attorney

SAVANNAH, BRUNSWICK, ATLANTA or ALBANY, GEORGIA

We’re seeking an experienced Attorney to take ownership of personal injury cases from intake through resolution. This role involves managing case strategy, guiding clients through the legal process, and negotiating settlements to achieve the best possible outcomes. The ideal candidate will be confident handling a high-volume caseload and skilled in both litigation and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of personal injury cases, including case assessment, discovery, negotiation, and settlement
• Evaluate claims and determine case strategy based on available evidence and documentation
• Provide clear, compassionate communication and legal guidance to clients throughout their case
• Review medical records, prepare legal documentation, and conduct settlement negotiations
• Develop litigation plans, draft legal correspondence, and oversee discovery procedures
• Supervise and mentor support staff or junior attorneys as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation
• Strong understanding of Georgia personal injury law
• Proven ability to manage multiple active cases efficiently
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership abilities
